As a USU Facilities entity, we are pleased you are interested in hosting your event on our beautiful campus.  It is our goal to make hosting an event a smooth and enjoyable process for you.

Please fill out the EVENT/ACTIVITY REQUEST FORM to get started.

DON'T FORGET THE RECYCLING CANS FOR YOUR EVENT!!!

If you want to host an event at the HPER, Fieldhouse or Quad, please contact Campus Recreation at 797-7218 to reserve your space first before filling out the form.

Again, thank you for letting us help you host your event.  We hope it will be a successful one.  

If you are interested in cleaning after an event for a fundraiser please read through our Clean Up Groups information and submit your contact information to us.  Please call us at 797-2995 or 797-1104 with any questions.

WE WILL NOT BEGIN SIGNING UP FOR ATHLETIC EVENT CLEANINGS UNTIL AFTER JULY 4TH.  IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION OR PERFORMED CLEANINGS PREVIOUSLY YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WELL IN ADVANCE VIA EMAIL.  THIS REGISTRATION WILL BE FOR VOLLEYBALL AND FOOTBALL ONLY AS THE OTHER SPORTS SCHEDULES WON'T BE RELEASED UNTIL FALL.
